Exchange & Return Policy

We use standard sizing and are always available to help you pick the perfect size.

Incase of size exchange:-

1. You would have return the pair in safe packaging to us at  PRESA FOOTWEAR, 846-B, POCKET-2, PASCHIM PURI. NEW DELHI 110063 (9953557688).
2. We would send you a new pair free of cost once you share the parcel receipt to us. 
3. The exchange has to be informed within the 5 days of delivery, and shall be dispatched within the next 5 days.  

Note: Incase of BUY1GET, 30% off or more 1, we won't be able to do the exchange. 

 We do not entertain refund requests as we deliver the products as shown and in premium quality.
