Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

During high volume of orders or sale ,orders will be processed within 2 business days .

*Additional Rs.40 will be charged for Cash on Delivery orders for Orders below Rs.1000

There might be delays due shipping location limitations, Weather conditions ,strikes or lockdowns

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation and order tracking details as soon as order is shipped .you will receive details on whats app 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Pure Ayurvedas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pure Ayurvedas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we are not shipping outside India.

Returns Policy

We don’t accept return after order is delivered and package is opened
