Return/Exchange Policy

What is Our Return & Exchange Policy?

Purple Orchid Lifestyle offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our WhatsApp Chat. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:  

Product has to be in original & unused state
 

Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery


We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.


How to place a Exchange request?

To place a request for Exchange:  


Go to 'Whatsapp' chat


Write  Exchange,


Write Your Order No, A brief reason why you want to exchange.


Write What you want. eg: Different size, color....etc.


Click a picture of the item delivered to you and  'Submit'


Now, our team will review the request. Once approved Exchange will be initiated  
Note: You have to upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.


Please note if customer has received  a empty box/missing components, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers.


-Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.


-You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).


-The snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.


How to return a Order ?

To place a request for Return:  


Go to 'Whatsapp' Chat


Write the Order number which you want to Return


Write  'REFUND’


Write a brief why you want to return/ refund .

Click a image of the product delivered to you and 'Submit


 Now, our team will review the request. Once approved Refund/Exchange will be initiated.   Note: You have to upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.

Once the return order is picked up by us. Your refund amount will be processed.

Pls mention the Bank details where you want your refund amount.


How do I cancel a order.

Write a mail to us sale.purpleorchid@gmail.com or whatsapp us from chat or to (9874691387) within 6 hours or earlier.

 Note once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
