Refund Policy

We want you to love your Raw Purple products. If you have any issues with the product, we're here to help. 

Time Frame:

You have 6 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Shipping Charges:

Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you're exchanging an item, Raw Purple will be responsible for shipping of the new item, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

How to Initiate:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at rawpurple23@gmail.com within the 6-day window. We'll provide you with further instructions and a return/exchange authorization.

Processing Time: 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 working days.

Refunds: 

If you're eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited as loyalty points, which will be reflected in your RAW PURPLE account wallet within a few days.

Exchanges: 

If you're exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once we receive the original item.
