1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

   • We may not accept returns for certain items such as digital downloads, software, personalized or customized instruments, and hygiene or consumable products (e.g., reeds, mouthpieces, etc.).

2. Return Period:

   • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

   • After the initial 7 days, we may not be able to process your return or issue a refund.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email or phone number]. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

   • Please fill out the provided RMA form and include it in your return package. This will help us process your return more efficiently.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide us with a proof of shipping cost for reimbursement.

   • If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind or incorrect ordering, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

      

5. Eligibility for Refund:

   We may request pictures of the musical instrument or any other evidence that verifies the reported damage or defect.

    

   No refunds will be offered for any other reason except for damaged or defective products.

6. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

   • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

   • It may take [5-10] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges:

   • If you wish to exchange your musical instrument for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to discuss availability and any price differences.

   • Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for exchange.
