Returns and Warranty Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We offer a 5-day return policy under the following conditions:

  1. DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED
  2. MISSING PARTS OR ACCESSORIES
  3. ITEM(S) NOT WORKING / DEFECTIVE ITEM
  4. ITEM DOESN'T MEET EXPECTATIONS

For returns, buyer shall notify us of the issue either on our customer care phone numbers or email us during the return period. Once the return has been authorized and order items have been received by us, we will initiate refund of the order amount not later than 14 days.

Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on our website. 

In the exceptional cases, wherein the return items are found to have been tampered with or damaged due to improper use by the buyer, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refund amount or hold the refund amount altogether. 

Note: Return period shall start from the date of delivery of the order items.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Warranty on any of our product shall be entertained by us in accordance with the warranty terms (mentioned on the product page) and the warranty period as offered on a product (6 Months to 5 Years). Buyer shall call us on our customer care phone number and inform us of the warranty claim within the warranty period only.
