Return Policy

Cancellation Policy :

Rozina's Club has a liberal cancellation policy in order to keep the customer first and satisfied to the greatest extent possible. The customer has the option to cancel the order until we accept the order.
If a consumer wants to cancel an order after it has been accepted, they must call us within 24 hours at +91 9593239131. Any cancellations made after this time will not be acknowledged.

Refund Policy :

For refund - unsatisfied with quality: The product has to be sent to us within 7 days after delivery. If the product comes to us in intact condition, then we will refund you on it*.

The refund value will not be higher than the product value.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details being shared with us via email/call/WhatsApp. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through Rozina's Club coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

*In case of refund for a product quality issue, we WILL NEED you to provide us with a sample for investigation (A proper video of package opening along with the delivery details).
