  1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Send us an email at contact@rjcollections.store with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos of the product showing the defect or issue

    • Unboxing video (optional but preferred for verification)

  3. Our customer care team will review the request and verify the issue within 24-48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement product within 3-5 business days.

🚚 Return of Incorrect/Damaged Items:

If required, we may request you to return the defective or incorrect product before sending the replacement. A return label or instructions will be provided if needed.
