We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
--- To request support:
Email us at saiimaajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order
Include your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
This video is mandatory to process any claim.
--- Return Process (If Approved)
If your return is approved:
You’ll be asked to ship the item back to us (we’ll share the return address)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use a trackable and insured courier to avoid loss or damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
It may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account
