Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy:
- For Branded or Company sealed product:
Goods once sold cannot be taken back in any circumstances after it delivered. How ever Branded or Company sealed product can only be returned if it is damaged, tampered or expired at the time of delivery only, once our delivery executive left the delivery point we will not be liable for any return, that is why customers are requested to check all the above mentioned products properly at the time of delivery.
- For non-branded or loose products:
Non-Branded or loose products cannot be returned at any circumstances after it delivered. How ever this type of products can only be returned if packaged is leak or weight of the product is different than it ordered at the time of delivery only, once our delivery executive left the delivery point we will not be liable for any return, that is why customers are requested to check all the above mentioned products properly at the time of delivery.
Refund Policy:
If any customer eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed & We will also notify the customer of the approval of the refund. If it is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a specified time.
Cancellation Policy:
Any request for cancellation to be made within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation (For Prepaid Order Only).
Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund (For Prepaid Order Only) within the next 24 hours.
Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
