Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchange policy:

 

At www.theselfmadestore.com, we want you to have a delightful shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need to exchange a product. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle such situations:

 

1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange:

1.1 We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please initiate the return process within this timeframe to be eligible.

1.2 We also provide a window of 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. This gives you ample time to send the item back to us.

 

2. Reverse Pick-Up Services:

2.1 We provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.

2.2 If an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

2.3 Please note that pick-up attempts will be made twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our warehouse address. Reverse Pick-Up is subject to service availability in your area's pin code.

 

3. Store Credit for COD Orders:

3.1 For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will provide store credit within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup. The store credit will be equivalent to the amount paid and will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.

 

4. Product Condition and Refund Process:

4.1 Please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been clearly worn, a refund will not be provided.

4.2 Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account.

4.3 Please note that refund/bank transfer is only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases.

 

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:

5.1 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations:

7.1 Cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
