If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

1. We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.

2. Damaged Product:

If, within 7 days of receiving your order, you discover that the product is damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.

-  Please follow the procedure to initiate a return:

2.1. Contact our Customer Support:
Notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sey.chellesstore.com or contacting us on Instagram. Provide your name, order number, and detailed information regarding the damage or defect.

2.2. Return Approval:
Once our customer support team receives your request, we will evaluate the situation and provide you with a approval if applicable. 

2.3. Replacement or Store Credit or Missing Item:
a) Upon receiving the damaged item, our team will inspect it. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a        replacement at no additional cost. However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase in      3-7 days.

b) Upon receiving incomplete order or any product is missing from the order , we will promptly send you the product in 3-5 working days or issue a refund             within 3-4 working days on receiving the claim from customers. 

3. Non-Eligible Returns:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Issuing Request without an opening video.

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

- Any products purchased during the Sale Period.
- Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

4. Store Credit:
Store credit issued in lieu of a replacement can be used towards a future purchase at our online store. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
