Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and Exchange:

1. You can exchange the item within the 3 days after receiving the straps.
2. You can any choose any other item of same or higher value.
3. Customer shal bear the responsibility of sending the items on his expense in new condition with all packing intact.
4. A small exchange fee of ₹150 will be charged.
5. New straps will be shipped after receiving the old strap.
6. We do not refund any amount.

Cancellations

1. Once you order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending upon the payment method used. Depending upon your payment method, it will take 2-7 working days from the time of refund initiation.
