Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and Exchange:

1. Customer can exchange the item within the 3 days after receiving the straps.
2. Customer can any choose any other item of same or higher value.
3. Please mention order id and your phone number on the retun package.
4. A small exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged for sending new strap.
5. Customer has to send the package for exchange by his own means.
6. New straps will be shipped after receiving the old strap.
7. We do not refund any amount.
8. No refunds for watches. Exchange only in case of faulty product.

Cancellations

1. Once you order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. Approximately 2% of the order value will be deducted and remaining will be refunded. The time for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending upon the payment method used. Depending upon your payment method, it will take 2-7 working days from the time of refund initiation.
