Returns and Cancellation Policy
- Returns request will be accepted Only in the case of manufacturing defects or upon receiving wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues) or damaged product (Physical Damage) or receiving a different product from the description given by the seller.
- In case of Damage or Wrong Order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues) or damaged product (Physical Damage) we request you to send the picture of the Product on our WhatsApp Number, our team will provide the necessary help required with the return process.
- All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
- In case of alternate payment options (Credit/Debit Card or Payment wallet etc.), bank account details provided by buyers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.
- In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.
