🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 working days of placing the order.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

After 3 working days or once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

🔁 3-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Shopin, your satisfaction matters the most! However, since we use trusted third-party delivery partners and handle a variety of products, we follow a strict 3-day return & refund policy.
✅ You can request a return or refund if:

It’s within 3 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Any sticker, seal, or code label (if attached) is present and untampered.

The product is in resellable condition.
🚫 Return won’t be accepted if:

The seal/sticker/code is missing or tampered.

The product is used, damaged, or returned incomplete.

The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

The product falls under non-returnable categories such as sale items or hygiene-sensitive goods.
📦 Note: Replacements are not available. If you wish to get another product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

💰 Refund Details
Once your return is received and verified:

An 10% deduction will apply (5% platform + payment gateway + 3% handling).

One-way delivery charge (50%) will also be deducted.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.

If we sent a wrong or defective item, you’ll get a full refund (no deductions).

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
💳 Refund Mode:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or store credit after confirmation.

🔹 Returns without stickers/codes or with visible tampering will be rejected.
🔹 Returned parcels missing items or with wrong contents will not be refunded.
🔹 Refund approval depends on internal inspection and policy compliance.
🔹 Continuous misuse of our refund/return system may lead to account suspension or order refusal.
