Return and Refund policy

We wish to deliver you the correct product as you have ordered. But, If there is any issue with the product, you can raise a Refund or Exchange request within 4 days of receiving the order. So stay calm and relax we will sort things out for you!

Things to keep in mind and have to be followed:

** Kindly let us know the reason for Exchange or Refund.

** The product should be Unused, Undamaged and in Original Condition without  any stain, scratches or holes.

** Return the product in the same package you received with the bill.

** For  Return or Exchange send at least 1 original picture of the product along with the Reason for Return or Exchange to our mail id: theindianmantra@gmail.com or Whatsapp @ +919515837540 with your name, registered phone number and address.

** Exchange: It may take 5-10 working days to exchange the product from the date of pick up.

** Refund: It may take 5-10 working days to refund amount into your account. In case of COD you need to provide us your bank details or  Google Pay or  Paytm details to our mail id: theindianmantra@gmail.com or Whatsapp @ +919515837540
