Cancellation and Refund
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
The customer needs to write to signatureartofbihar@gmail.com requesting for an order cancellation. The support team will check with the logistics team if the order is yet to be shipped. We accept yet to be shipped order cancellation.
Since we deal with artwork, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is shipped.
We will honour requests for the refund only in the following cases:
- Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. We keep the right to replace a defective product with a non-defective product of the same category of your choice. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to replace it within 30 days from the date of receipt of defective product by the company, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to inordinate or some postal issues you might not receive a delivery from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
