“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/smshopping, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/smshopping
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Cancellation policy:
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of some goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of some goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Return policy:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.
Return and exchange is acceptable within 7 days after the delivery.
Exchange or return is possible only if the product is damaged or delivered a different item.
please note that product should bring by the customer to return or exchange the product within 7 days after the delivery with original invoice at our showroom

3. Get 100% amount refund of the returned product.
4. The shipping charges for return or exchange shall be paid by the customer.
