Refund and Exchange policy


Exchange Policy (India)

You can exchange your product within 5 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal. Please make sure to choose the correct size, fit, color, and quality before placing your order as we do not accept returns. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us at snazzy.ab@outlook.com.

Note: Reverse pickup depends on your pin code. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you can send the product back to us via courier and email us the details. No refund will be issued in this case.

Refunds


Refunds are only given for damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please take photos and a video of the damage and email them to snazzy.ab@outlook.com, and we'll send you a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for issues related to size, color, or quality since all product details are clearly mentioned in the description. Please review the product information carefully before ordering.

Empty Parcel


All orders are weighed before dispatch, so it's highly unlikely you'll receive an empty parcel. If you believe your package is empty, we'll investigate, but false claims will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as refunds may take time to process. If still unresolved, reach out to us at snazzy.ab@outlook.com.
