At Sneak, we strive to provide high-quality sneakers and an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you need to return or replace an item, our 5-day return and replacement policy applies. Please read the following terms carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

  1. Return/Replacement Window: You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Return/Refund:

    • A complete unboxing video is required for any return, refund, or replacement claims.

    • The video must start from the sealed package and show the full unboxing process, ensuring the product's condition is clearly visible.

    • If no unboxing video is provided, we cannot process a return or refund.

  3. Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

  4. Eligible Products: Some products, such as customized or final-sale items, are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
