Order Cancellation Policy
Spicify Foods LLP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, if:
- The delivery address is wrong/incorrect/invalid, or
- The items ordered are unavailable, or
- Incorrect pricing is displayed in the order, or
- Unforeseen/unanticipated circumstances compel us
Orders can be cancelled by customers before the order is accepted by Spicify Foods LLP.
Orders already delivered cannot be cancelled.
If any order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount if the order amount was paid in full.
We will initiate the refund process in 1 week of cancellation.
