1. All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and product availability.

2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. Please review your cart carefully before placing the order.

3. In case of any manufacturing defect or incorrect item received, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

4. Return or exchange requests are subject to approval and product inspection. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Stylonic / Glowszen reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time if misuse or fraud is suspected.

7. Manual payment orders (UPI/Bank Transfer) will only be processed once the payment is verified by our team.
