Refund and Return Policy
At Swaara Collection and Gifts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward return and refund process. Below are the terms and guidelines for our 3-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as received, unused, and unworn.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.
- Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
- When the product is damaged when it is received
- Wrong Product delivered
For the above three conditions, we need a clear unboxing video of the parcel. From start to end we need the parcel opening video. You can send the video to gswaara@gmail.com. Our team will verify the video. After verification, we will initiate a return/replacement based on your choice immediately.
How to Request a Return?
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at gswaara@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
- We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the designated return address.
- Ensure your return is pre-approved; items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For items returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please follow the provided guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter:
- A defective or damaged item, or An incorrect product

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
