Refund and Return Policy

At Swaara Collection and Gifts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward return and refund process. Below are the terms and guidelines for our 3-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.

  1. Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
  2. When the product is damaged when it is received
  3. Wrong Product delivered

For the above three conditions, we need a clear unboxing video of the parcel. From start to end we need the parcel opening video. You can send the video to gswaara@gmail.com. Our team will verify the video. After verification, we will initiate a return/replacement based on your choice immediately.

 

How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the designated return address.
  3. Ensure your return is pre-approved; items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
