Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be made through our website.

Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Exchanges are allowed for:

Wrong color/product delivered

Manufacturing defects

Size or model mismatch (based on availability)

 

Important:

Please record an unboxing video (without cuts/pauses) while opening your package. This is mandatory for exchange requests.

If the issue is from our end, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If the exchange is due to a customer preference (e.g., choosing a different model or color), you must ship the item back to us, and additional shipping charges will apply.

Once we receive and inspect the product, the replacement will be processed within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product meets return eligibility.

Product must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging and all tags/accessories.

Note:

Unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is required to process any return.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

For returns initiated for personal reasons (change of mind, preference), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

After product inspection, a store credit refund will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on Techkart.

Terms & Conditions

Return/Exchange will not be accepted for:

Damaged products due to misuse or physical damage

Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

Only items from the Wrist Wear and Earbuds/Headphones categories are eligible for exchange with the same variant only.

Please verify product specifications and sizing before placing your order.

Techkart offers premium dupes and third-party products at competitive prices. These are not always sold via authorized channels but are quality-checked for customer satisfaction.
