Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teepub.

We accept returns and order cancellations within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Used, damaged, or washed items
• Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and the safe return of the product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.
