If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Brand Perfumes
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to thebrandperfumes.com, accessible from https://thebrandperfumes.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

The Brand Perfume  is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date with the Original Packing.

 

Terms & Condition-

**In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else the Company has all the rights to reject the complaint.

 

Return Procedure-

The Brand Perfume will decide on a case to case basis whether the item will be required for self shipment or direct pickup from the order address.
In case of Self Delivery you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


Please Note In Case of Self Shipment, shipment charge will be beard by you

 

a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:

If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit card account, (which Will be reflected in the next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using a debit card/internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues.

All Pre-paid Order will be credited in 7-14 working days once the return is approved.
** All Timelines are with respect to the Refund product received and approved by the Seller.

b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:

If you have returned one or more products purchased using our COD payment method, you must provide Bank Account details for refund:

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash/cheque/DD.

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.
Note:- The Brand Perfume has the right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the support shared by the customer.
