Refund Policy
Shipping:
- At The Cookie Affair, we take great care in delivering your products to you and we partner only with reputed food delivery partners such as Swiggy Genie and WeFast.
- We are currently servicing in Bangalore area only, a radius of 35 Km approx. from Whitefield (560066) area and we charge a flat Shipping Fee of INR. 60 per order.
- All orders need to be pre-paid by using our Online payment interface using Credit/Debit/UPI.
- "Cash on Delivery" should be used only if you are making an online payment using UPI directly, outside the Payment screen of this website.
- Orders are shipped maximum within 72 hours. Please check product pages for correct shipping times.
- MyDukaan Platform allows us to send a WhatsApp confirmation on every stage of order processing. A WhatsApp message will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Cancellations:
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests, any time before we ship your order. Since all our Products are made to order only and are made just for you, after receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund once the shipment is dispatched from our side.
Return:
In the rare event, something goes wrong, here is our return policy:
- We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped out to you.
- You will have to email us at support@thecookieaffair.com within 3 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product, providing clear pictures of the damaged/wrong product.
- The Cookie Affair team will receive and review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at a time mutually agreed upon with you, if applicable.
- Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
- We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
- We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the The Cookie Affair team at support@thecookieaffair.com
- All returns are subject to the discretion of The Cookie Affair. But we're an easy-going and polite bunch of people.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT: Please check the phone number, address & pincode carefully at the time of placing the order. Re-shipping in case of returned orders (due to an error in Shipping Details) will be done with an extra charge of INR. 150 per box.
