COD Terms & Conditions

At The Digital Hub, we strive to provide our customers with flexible and convenient payment options. Our Cash on Delivery (COD) service allows you to pay for your purchases at the time of delivery. Please review the following terms and conditions for using the COD service:

 

Order Value Limit: Customers can place COD orders via our website for product order values not exceeding INR 35,000/-.

 

COD Token Payment: Once a COD order is placed, a representative from The Digital Hub team will contact the you to initiate a COD Token payment.

A payment link will be shared with you to facilitate the advance payment of the COD Token amount.

 

Shipping Condition: COD orders will be shipped only after the COD Token amount has been successfully received by The Digital Hub.

 

Final Payment: The final amount payable by the customer at the time of delivery will be the total product price minus the COD Token amount paid in advance.

 

Payment Timeframe: The COD Token amount must be paid within 24 hours of placing the COD order. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.

 

By using the COD payment option, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The Digital Hub reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
