Return/Replace & Refund

Return Policy :

1. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. We do not charge any return fees as we know the value of money.
4. For return, you have to contact us through our Contact Us page or drop a message to us on our What's app.
5. Note: Return can't apply to Special Prices & offers.

 

Replace Policy :

1. Barely, Customers replace their order as we provide premium quality products as well as an accurate size chart.
2. Still, If a customer wants to replace his/her product we provide an easy replacement policy.
3. We believe in every customer as well as every teammate, so we hope every product(s) we shipped or will ship is/are not damaged and accept the same while we receive replace parcel.
4. We do not charge any shipping cost here, the same as the return policy.
5. For replacement, you have to contact us through our Contact Us page or drop a message to us on our What's app.
6. We do replacements on Special Prices & Offers with shipping charges extra. 

 

Refund Policy :

1. The TSHRT is in the market because of its loyalty towards its customers. We provide the fastest refund of 24 hours to our customers.
2. Customers get their refund within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the product. (sometimes we receive damaged products still we make our customers happy).
3. A refund is issued to the original payment method.
4. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your ‘The TSHRT’ account should match the name of the bank account holder.
