Welcome to Tiaara Jewels. This document outlines the rules governing your use of our website and any purchases made through it. Please read these terms carefully before you go ahead. By continuing to use the site, you agree to everything stated here.

1. User Eligibility

To shop or engage with our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a valid legal contract.

2. Product Representation

We showcase a curated selection of 92.5 silver jewellery designs, most of which are made on order.
Product images on our website are for display purposes only — actual products may vary in colour, polish, or detailing due to photography lighting settings, editing and handcrafted nature.
Measurements and other specifications mentioned are approximate and may differ marginally in the final piece.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept secure payments through debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
Tiaara Jewels is not responsible for delays, issues, or failures from third-party payment gateways.

4. Made-to-Order Policy

Most jewellery pieces displayed on our website are made on order.
Production for made-to-order items takes approximately 6–7 weeks from the date of confirmation.
Since these items are crafted exclusively for you, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable once an order is placed.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

After you place an order:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email or message.
• Orders may be accepted, delayed, or canceled based on verification, availability of materials, or other factors.
• Tiaara Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the availablityt of the product.
Delivery charges vary based on the region and will be displayed at checkout.

• Ready / In-Stock Products: Dispatched within 3–4 working days.

• Made-to-Order Products: Production time is 40–45 business days, followed by dispatch.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–10 working days, depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events once the product is shipped.
All shipments are carefully packed and insured until they reach you.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that:

• No refunds or returns are accepted on any jewellery once an order is confirmed.
• This policy ensures the exclusivity and hygiene of handcrafted pieces.
• Any issues related to damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing proof (photo/video).

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
Once the order enters the production phase, cancellations or changes are not permitted.

9. Product Authenticity

All jewellery pieces are crafted from 92.5 Sterling Silver and hallmarked accordingly.
Each item reflects artisanal craftsmanship and authenticity.
We don't provides any certificates but our jewellery is 925 Hallmarked.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, text, and creative content displayed on Tiaara Jewels are the intellectual property of Tiaara Jewels.
Reproduction, duplication, or use of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is collected and stored securely to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
We respect your privacy and do not share, sell, or misuse your personal details.

12. Limitation of Liability

Tiaara Jewels will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, technical failures, or delays caused by third parties or external systems.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
