Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at tinzi.co.in.

Tinzi.co adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled.

However, if a damaged product is recieved, we do provide a refund only if a full unboxing video is provided from start to end without any cuts or edits.

We request you to please record the unboxing video without any cut and pause and the whole packet should be visible on the screen. Return/replacement would be only initiated if there is unboxing video available. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
