If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Shipping Terms

At Toshani, standard shipping is on us! We use our personal or third-party vendor to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand-packed. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you should receive a text. You can always track your order using your order number, but sometimes the status takes time to update.

Shipping Timelines

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:
4-24 hours for order delivery
At present, we are working and accepting orders in Bareilly City, Uttar Pradesh area only.

Return Policy

We are fully dedicated to your satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:


i) Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact the delivery person for assistance.


ii) Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened/unused product (not applicable to health care, grocery, and FMCG product), contact us within 6 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product (not applicable to health care, grocery, and FMCG product), please contact us within 6 hours of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.

Late / Unacceptable Returns And Exchanges

If you do not contact us within 6 hours of receipt, your item may not be eligible for return/refund. The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found used or opened, or the seal has been tampered with.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped. If your order ships before it can be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.

What Do I Get When I Return A Product?

You will get a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

Once your returned item has been received at our store, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 7 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
