Please note that due to the nature of our products, Treats & Eats maintains a strict No Refund and No Return policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

 

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Treats & Eats.

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

  • “Website” refers to mydukaan.io/treatsandeats, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/treatsandeats

  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.


No Returns and No Refunds

Owing to the nature of our Goods—specifically perishable food items and customised treats—we do not offer any returns or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

All sales on our Website are final. We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Food Safety and Hygiene: To maintain health standards, food items cannot be accepted back once they have left our custody.

  • Perishability: Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life are not suitable for return.

  • Personalisation: Items made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised cannot be returned or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing your orders. However, if you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please bring it to our notice immediately.

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Please provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  • In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.


Order Cancellations

Since we deal with fresh food items, orders can only be cancelled if the preparation process has not yet started. Once an order is marked as "Processing" or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
