1. Returns
We accept returns only in the case of receiving a damaged product. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
2. Damaged Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographic or video evidence clearly showing the damage.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
In the case of a damaged product, we require customers to provide an unboxing video as part of the return process. The video should clearly demonstrate the unboxing of the product and showcase the damage incurred during shipping or manufacturing.
4. Initiate the Return

- Order number
- Detailed description of the damage
- Photographic or video evidence
- Your preference for a refund or replacement
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the damaged product.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged item and would like a replacement, please indicate your preference during the return initiation process. Replacements are subject to product availability.
