Orders once placed cannot be canceled if the crafting process has already started, especially for personalized items.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized or handmade products unless the item arrives damaged. In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video so we can review and assist you. Our team will ensure a fair resolution.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product type and location. We always try our best to dispatch orders on time, but slight delays can happen during peak seasons or due to courier issues, which are beyond our control.
