1. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it. You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation containing your order details.
• Processing Time: We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 to 72 hours from the time of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the following working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe and Partners

• Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, your order will be handed over to our trusted logistics partners. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 10 days depending on your location, local transit conditions, and the timely acceptance of the package at various checkpoints.
• Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as extreme weather, logistical challenges, public holidays, strikes, or other unexpected events may result in delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work diligently with our delivery partners to expedite your order.

3. Shipping Charges and Taxes

• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. These charges are inclusive of all applicable shipping fees and handling costs.
• Taxes and Duties: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST as per Indian law. Currently, we deliver only within India, and no additional duties or taxes apply. Should this policy change, any applicable taxes, duties, or levies will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Delivery Location and Address Accuracy

• Serviceable Locations: We currently ship orders across India. If for any reason your delivery pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly.
• Address Accuracy: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses, including landmarks if available. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of ordering.

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and details via email/SMS. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment on the logistics partner’s website or app.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

• Damage or Tampering: If you find that your package has been tampered with or is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our Customer Support. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Non-Delivery: In the event your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Support. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
