Products are Non-Returnable.

Products will get Exchange only Once.

Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against

any other product across our website/app.

Defective Product , Wrong Product Or Damaged Product issue should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Pickup will be Attempt once, If the courier company is unable to pick up the Shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. 

Clearance Sale Products are NON EXCHANGEABLE and NON RETURNABLE.

( Clearance sale Product are Old Stock, So their would be some Micro Defects.)

Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please Return your product in the same condition as it was shipped.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be Process within upto 5 Days after the product has been Pickeup and received by Tverse team. An email confirmation/SMS will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
