Shipping Policy

We guarantee our customers the smoothest, most dependable, and hassle-free online buying experiences. We handle every detail to guarantee that your package gets to you safely.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped from the warehouse. If the client receives a defective goods after the package is delivered, they have the option to seek a refund.

Following a 12-to 24-hour order processing period, the following are the estimated delivery times.

Free shipping within 4–7 business days

Fast Shipping: 3–5 business days

Priority Express Shipping (Only For Metro Cities, Including Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata): 2-3 Day Delivery (This does not apply to orders for more than three bags or two butterfly chairs because their weight exceeds the $300 budget and they cannot be sent.) 

T & C: Since we don't stock products much because it affects our cash flow and we want to provide each and every customer with fresh leather goods, a small portion of our leather goods are manufactured to order or occasionally under production. They ship as soon as they are available in the stock. However, even if you choose any of the aforementioned shipping options, unforeseen events may cause the actual arrival time to change.

Orders placed after the cutoff time of 2 pm for paid shipping will be shipped within the following working days. 

Not applicable as of May 31, 2022: All prepaid orders come with free shipping. Every goods you order will incur a Rs. 100 COD charge if you select the COD payment option. For instance, there will be a 150 rupee COD fee if your order consists of three products.

Vanguard ships anywhere in the world, and it can go to even the most remote locations in 5–10 business days.

Import taxes and sales taxes

For US customers, a single person's import of goods on a single day is exempt from customs and taxes up to a value of $800.

Goods under AUD $1,000 are free from tariffs, taxes, and fees for Australian customers.

Shipments to non-EU clients can be subject to import taxes and fees that are required at the time of delivery. For more information, please get in touch with your local tax authorities as this can differ from nation to nation.

EU customers: Please contact your local customs office as bulk orders may be subject to additional import duty.

Vanguard disclaims all liability for sales and import taxes in the local area. Please get in touch with your local tax and customs officials for further information.

If you believe that a large order would beyond these limits, kindly take extra notice of it.

OVERDUE DELIVERY

If your package is delivered later than expected, Vanguard will make every effort to send it to you as soon as possible. However, until your product is shipped late, we are unable to take responsibility for shipment delays caused by courier error or delays in customs clearance and cannot issue refunds.
