Shipping & Delivery

• Within India:  Free Shipping by DTDC on prepaid and COD orders.
• International Shipping: We charge the shipping charges respective to the number of pieces you add to your cart shipping charges will be reflected on the checkout page according to the order.  We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. Our logistics partners are FedEx and DHL Express.  Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Import Duty if applicable in your region.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Dispatch Time: We usually dispatch items in 4-6 days you place your order but in case of some products we need time upto 7-9 days for finishing and touch up of the products.

• Delivery Time: The national order are usually delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch and for international delivery it takes around 12-13 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of some unusual conditions the delivery may take some time but in such cases we will keep you updated.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at return@vastrahouse.store mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is delivered to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
