2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, including colors, fabrics, and measurements.
Minor variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or artisan craftsmanship.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (if available).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3–7 business days (custom orders may take longer).
Delivery times vary by location.
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Vastram is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
No returns/exchanges for custom-stitched, altered, or special discounted items.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, logos, and content on the website are Vastram’s property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

Vastram is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or products.
