Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
For approved cancellations made before shipment, the refund amount will be processed after deducting 2% payment gateway charges from the total order value.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund process may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been shipped.
Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
