Laundry liquid

1. Does it remove tough stains ?
Yes.
For food-based stains, apply the liquid directly on the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes before washing the garment by hand or adding it to the washing machine.
For petrol-based stains and other inorganic stains (crude oil, ink etc): apply the liquid on the stain and let it sit for up to an hour. Scrub the stain by hand and add the garment to the washing machine.

2. Is it suitable for front and top loading washing machines ?

Our laundry liquid is free of harsh, foaming chemicals and is designed to ensure effective cleaning with minimum water consumption. Usually, front-loading washing machines are designed to be energy- and water-efficient. They use 1/3rd the amount of water and detergent as top-loading ones. Our liquid laundry detergent is free of lather-producing additives. This makes it safe for both front load and top load machines. It gives you the benefits of energy efficiency that come with the machine design combined with the effective cleaning that comes with our laundry liquid.

3. Is it safe for all fabrics ?

Yes. The laundry liquid is safe for all fabrics, including natural fibers and delicate garments.

 

Dishwashing liquid

1. How to use the dishwashing liquid ?

For lightly greased dishes: Dilute 1 teaspoon liquid in 250ml water and scrub the dishes.
For heavily greased dishes : Pre-soak dishes in water for 10 minutes before scrubbing with the diluted liquid.

 

Other

1. Can I reuse my detergent bottle?

Yes. Our aim is to encourage you to buy the bottle from us only once. Subsequent purchases should be of our refill pack. We also recommend reusing the bottle at home.

2. Why have you used PET bottles?

We have chosen PET bottles because they are better for our environment. There is a supply chain in India that converts PET to polyester fabric, making the use of PET a more sustainable option. This is a much better alternative to other forms of plastic that may end up in landfills. We really encourage you to buy the PET bottle only once and then use our refill packs. Also, these bottles are aesthetically more pleasing and can be kept out in the open.

3. What is the benefit of purchasing refills ?

Our refill packs consume only 30% of plastic used in a traditional detergent bottle and are energy efficient as more quantity can be transported together, thereby burning less fossil fuel per refill.
