Vedic Bilona A2 Cow Ghee: This Ghee is made from makkhan obtained from churning whole milk yoghurt (Fermented in Clay Pot) of indigenous desi breed Indian cows like SAHIWAL, KANKREJ, THARPARKAR etc. Churning is done using a wooden churner and in Clay Pot. This Vedic Ghee has immense health benefits. This ghee lubricates the digestive system to prevent acidity, gastric problems & ulcer. Increase good Cholesterol and balance HDL / LDL. having Vitamin A and E, so helps in improve the eyesight. and another lot of benefits too. What we Do •Desi Cow’s Whole Milk is Boiled. • Boiled milk is Overnight converted to yoghurt in a clay vessel.  • In the morning yoghurt is churned using a wooden churner. • Makkhan(मक्खन) so obtained is heated in iron vessels (in low flames) or clay vessels to get this Vedic Ghee.  What We Don’t ☆ We don’t remove cream from the milk. ☆ We don’t make ghee with raw / processed cream or butter. ☆ We don’t use milk of buffaloes, hybrid/foreign/crossbreed cows. ☆ We don’t use Aluminum vessels in the entire process.
