- Time Frame: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any damage reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Proof of Damage: To process a return or replacement, you must provide proper evidence. This includes:
- A video proof showing the damage clearly.
- The unboxing process must be filmed in a single continuous video from start to finish to verify that the damage occurred before you opened the package.
Returning Goods
- Responsibility for Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return Address: The goods must be returned to the following address:

- Shipping Method: For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returning the item. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds and Replacements
- No Refund Without Receipt: A refund or replacement will not be issued until the returned product is received or until we have proof that the returned item has been delivered.
- Processing Time: Once we have received the returned product and verified the damage, we will process the refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Non-Damaged Products: Returns will not be accepted for products that are not damaged, used, or opened.
- Customized Products: Any customized or personalized items (e.g., books with name changes or personalized items) are non-returnable unless they are defective upon delivery.
