Shipping & Delivery

1. How can I track my order?

You can log into your account and track your order. We will also send you tracking details via email.

2. How long will my Delivery take?

Our dispatch times are anywhere between 1-4 days as we make everything fresh and handmade. Delivery time will be dependent on the location and shipping method chosen between express & regular.

3. What if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong order?

If any of our products are delivered damaged or an error in your delivery has occurred, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note, the products must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All notifications for refunds & exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once the damage or error is confirmed by us, an exchange or refund will be issued to you within seven days.

General FAQ’s

1. What are the modes of payment accepted?

Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Debit Cards, UPI and NetBanking.

2. Can treats be customised?

Yes, we do customize treats based on your pets requirements. Please do get in touch with us via what’s app on 9326904177 for the same.

3. How do I store the Treats?

Store them in the packaging they come in a dry place and make sure the packets are closed back tight at the top or store them in another airtight container.
