How to place a customised order?

If you want a product in a customised size or colour not mentioned in the list, contact us via DM on instagram or WhatsApp by sharing all the details of your customised product.

Do you make a custom item not listed in your collection?

Yes, we do. Share the image of your cutom item with us. For example: If you want a custom plushie of your pet, share the details (picture of the pet, size & colour of plushie, etc.) via DM or WhatsApp. 

Do you provide Gift Hampers?

We do provide Gift Hampers in however manner you like. You can make your own gift hamper by choosing from our range of collection, include a special note/message and get it shipped directly to your gift recepient.

Do you provide COD?

We don't provide COD at the moment, sorry. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

How long will my order take?

Since they are Made-to-order (meaning once we receive the order, we start with the preparation), it may take up to 7-8 days. Once shipped, you can expect a delivery in 4-5 days if you live in India.

For International orders it usually takes about 15 days. However, it can take longer or shorter.

How can I cancel my order?
