Returns Policy

We guarantee our sand art kit in great conditions and will replace anything that does not arrive in awesome condition. We would really like to see what condition the products turn up in if they are less than desirable so would like a photo forwarded to us. But, rest assured we will do our very best to get our sand art kits to you asap in perfect conditoin.

Any faulty products can be returned within 14 days and replacements will be sent back to you.

Shipping

We are based in Saskatoon, SK and offer excellent freight rates on orders. If you are in Canada, you can order as much as you like and it will only cost you CAD$12.00 for freight to your door. 

International shipping prices may be subject to change and are dependent on your order quantity and delivery address. We use a number of different couriers depending on which beautiful countries you are in.
