*Anime Fever Exchange Policy*



 

*At Anime Fever, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our echange policy below:


1. Three-Day Exchange Policy

You have 3 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:


- In the same condition that you received it.

- In its original packaging.

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:


1. Contact our Customer Service team at smartbros2024@gmail.com or via Instagram at @anime_fever_69 within 3 days of receiving your item.

2. Fill out the following Google form: Exchange

3. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for your return.

4. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.


3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


 4. Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of your original product. You will receive the product within a certain number of days, depending on your product.


5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-exchangable. These include:


- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Items purchased on clearance or sale


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at smartbros2024@gmail.com or via Instagram at @anime_fever_69 for further instructions.


7. Late or Missing Exchanges

If you haven’t received an exchange yet, please contact us again for further informationIt may take some time before your exchange is officially posted. There is often some processing time before an exchange is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your exchange, please contact us at smartbros2024@gmail.com.


8. Order Cancellation

Once the order is shipped from Japan or the USA, it cannot be canceled, and you will be required to pay the full amount. Exchanges are only possible if the order you receive is defective. In such cases, you can exchange the item within 3 days.
