1. Eligibility for Returns
We aim to provide the best quality anime merchandise, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
✔️ Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is received in a damaged condition.
✔️ Wrong Product Delivered – If the item does not match what you ordered.
✔️ Incomplete Order – If any item is missing from your order.
🚫 Returns are NOT accepted for:

Products that have been used or tampered with.

Minor color or design variations due to lighting or manufacturing.

Personalized or customized items.
2. Return Request Process
To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us within 1-2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
2️⃣ Provide Proof – Share clear images/videos of the product showing the issue.
3️⃣ Return Approval – Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to send it back.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your refund.
💰 Refund Options:

UPI or Bank Transfer – If paid via UPI, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

No Refund for COD Orders – Instead, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. We will ship the correct product once the return is processed.
5. Cancellation Policy
📌 Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
