At Authentic Kart, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you need to request a return for any other eligible reason, we have clear policies in place to help you.
Unboxing & Return Process
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we kindly ask that you create a proper unboxing video when you open your parcel. Please make sure the shipping label is visible in the video. This video will be required in case you request a refund, return, or replacement for any reason.
Return Policy
Timeframe for Returns: You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This policy only applies in cases of damaged or worn-out items.Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in and should be in its original packaging.
No Cancellations After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it.

Refunds
Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit or gift card for the amount of the returned item within 3-4 business days.Delay in Refund: If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@authentickart.in.
